Percival are excited to be working with the National Brain Appeal to help them appoint a new Individual Giving Manager to join their team. This role will get to work on and lead the individual giving campaigns for some amazing capital appeals at one of the world’s leading centres for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
The National Brain Appeal funds pioneering research, innovative treatments and world-class facilities. to benefit patients with neurological and neuromuscular conditions. We do this working to support The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology - together known as Queen Square. These include stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: London, Hybrid with two days a week in the office.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising team to create, test, monitor and evaluate campaigns working to and reporting on ambitious income and expenditure targets and ensuring that supporters have a positive experience of the charity. The postholder will lead a team of three to deliver on a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit patients and those affected by neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
They are looking for candidates with extensive experience of designing, delivering and reporting on individual giving fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing an individual giving programme that includes revamping a supporter journey, designing uplifting campaigns and producing conversion messaging to supporters from cash appeal donor to regular givers.
