• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product information to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
