EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or Engineering field. With minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
