Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and attend to showroom visitors
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Work out project costings, create quotations, close sales leads
- Develop and grow sales build B2B relationships with contractors, IDs, architects, etc.
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Marketing: Assist with marketing activities on advertising, social media or other platforms; Create SMM posts; Organise ad-hoc events to increase leads
