Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Certification of Qualifications as an Electrician 309A or 442A
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an industrial environment is an asset. Knowledge of plant layout, production procedures, and products.
- Must hold a current 442A or 309A license
Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of electrical and general maintenance duties
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, wiring, removal, disassembly, installation, and rebuilding of equipment controls and motors.
- Work on conveyor belts, ongoing repair and replacement of material piping and vacuum piping, compressed air delivery system, water services delivery system, and electrical services delivery system in the Plastics Department.
- Complete applicable reports and documentation as required.
- Follow guidelines, regulations, and standards specified by relevant agencies.
- Ensure all documentation is completed as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
