Industrial Engineer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience within a warehouse setting
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management
• Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial
• Proficient in advanced computer skills, particularly MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed

• Develop compelling business cases
• Lead various supply chain projects
• Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives
• Map and refine supply chain processes
• Provide support and training on systems
• Develop business and system processes to facilitate optimal integration
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to support supply chain needs
