• Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Able to interpret engineering drawing
• Knowledge of precision machining, production scheduling and production management

• Review production schedules, processes, and specifications
• Implement process improvements and technology upgrades
• Create control systems to cut costs and prevent issues
• Develop design and production standards with management and staff
• Prepare lists of materials and equipment, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production cost estimates
• Train staff on new processes with instructions and manuals
• Manage process documentation and prepare production reports
• Approve Purchase Requisitions
• Meet department quality objectives
• Maximize productivity by optimizing machine use and labor efficiency
• Minimize quality issues in production
• Carry out continuous improvement initiatives sustainably
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers
