Industrial Engineering Lead

Randstad is currently recruiting an exclusive role for an Industrial Engineering Lead for our clients located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You would be joining a company that specialises in Energy solutions and are globally recognised as an industry leader, operating for more than 100 years.
Based out of one of their manufacturing sites in Melbourne, they are on the hunt for someone who is a natural leader, confident in project management and has a strong background and understanding of Industrial Engineering. This role will give you the opportunity to be a part of a team that has great staff retention and the ability to give you career progression.
In this role you will work directly with a mentor that has been within the company for 25 years and will help with your professional development in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Minimum 5 Years relevant experience working within a Manufacturing/Production facility.
• Degree Qualified Engineer or other applicable degree
• Experience in CAD (AutoCad preferred).
• Experience with management & control tools Jira & TFS.
• Ability to work in a team and/or individually.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Previous facilities management
• Prior management of people highly desirable
• Computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word and other MS Office applications. Knowledge of
• Software IDE is desirable.
