Responsibilities:
- Plan the implementation of new options and program changes;
- Establish the manufacturing strategy;
- Determine the impacts on the master production plan,
- Define labor requirements and have them approved;
- Define the learning curve and impacts on the production hours budget
- Define the budget based on order forecasts
- Standardize and optimize industrial engineering processes.
- Produce impact analyzes and strategies for the executive level
- Support governance at the executive level on the status of programs
