• You design and manage from the feasibility study to the execution and start-up different large-scale industrial projects (from 1 - 20 million €, in production, capacity increase, biomass, electrification etc.) reporting to the Head of Project Management
• You follow the project excellence program, focusing on budget, schedule, performance, and safety
• You execute our investment excellence program locally, from first ideation to execution of major projects
• You facilitate the implementation of initiatives based on the group’s technologies, from investments to mill support, including the maintenance program.
• You contribute to the implementation of the group’s sustainable development strategy as well as digital transformation projects, infrastructure, circular economy, processes, etc.
• You work closely with the mill manager to align needs and priorities based on projects, but also with the group’s technological experts.
• You participate to the network of project managers by exchanging best practices.
