POSITION SUMMARY

CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to provide Project Sales, primarily to the Industrial Refrigeration markets in Ontario (Greater Toronto Area).

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-10 years engineering/technical sales/project management experience in the Industrial/Recreational Refrigeration market
  • Possession of a Certificate of Qualification (313a), P,Eng., or PMP accreditations would be assets, but not prerequisites.
  • Background in Ammonia & CO2 refrigeration, industrial heat pumps and heat recovery systems
  • Ability to read, interpret and prepare mechanical drawings, specifications and schedules
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships (in-person, phone and online communication)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Shall have a valid Ontario driver’s license and be willing to travel within the province as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating customer’s needs and promoting CIMCO products and solutions
  • Building estimates, issuing quotations, ensuring proper scope and best pricing is obtained by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating strategy meetings
  • Follow up and negotiations with supplier quotations
  • Coordinate internal review and communication to ensure proper scope, specifications, descriptions and requirements are transferred effectively to construction, engineering & manufacturing.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set out by the Team Lead
  • Completion of change notices accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Develop exceptional relationships with key client representatives
  • Assist in addressing invoicing and/or receivables concerns where required
