Responsibilities:

As the Industrial Solutions Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance for a high performing sales team across Africa region.
  • Developing strategy for sales in products and services includes hardware, software, digital, cloud and software
  • Driving and guiding the team on value selling strategies and process.
  • Collaborating across a large matrix organization to deliver long cycle complex sales.
  • Motivating and drive a large sales team and set the operating rhythm required.
  • Building and maintain strong client relationships

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 15 years sales experience with minimum 5 years as region leader or team leader.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Africa market.
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions, predictive analytics & AI, and familiar with its latest technologies and market trends.
  • Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a sales team in a similar environment.
  • A sales background with experience in long cycle complex sales
  • Proven experience of leading and harnessing the strengths of a large diverse sales team
  • Asset management and service background is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Energy industry with strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track-records in leading and achieving sales target consistentl
