Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3 Years+ experience as an Industrial Spray Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and coatings
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Forklift license ( preferred not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
As an experienced Industrial Spray painter you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to our products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Mix and apply paint, enamel, or other protective coatings using spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage, colour consistency, and finish quality
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain spray equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
