POSITION SUMMARY

Thales requires an Industrialization Coordinator who is responsible for working along with the Industrialization team members in their new and creative assignments. As an Industrialization Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to testing of new products, developing setups for the equipment for new and existing programs. You may need to work with other departments such as NPI, Customer Service and Production and will interact with SWAT, IPS, OE, PMs, Process Engineers and Technical Consultants as and when required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of database utilization.
  • Proven understanding of equipment used in production.
  • Previous experience working in an Industrialization or similar role.

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Schedule: First Shift, 7AM-3PM Monday through Friday. Follow site holiday schedule.
Physical Environment: Work in HSA & Office space
