Job Title: Industrialization Engineer/Technician
EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements: Describe the minimum educational requirement/level
Mandatory:
- Engineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical or mechanical
Experience: Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role
Mandatory:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial method
- Practice the concerned special process from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification)
- Has been trained to Alstom Special Process standard training
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Autonomous, rigorous, good communication
- Good teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees)
- Innovative, participative in business workgroups
- Able to read, write and speak English
