Description:
THE BRIEF
Amdocs is seeking an Industry Analyst Relations Manager in a part time capacity (50%) to join its experienced and dedicated Industry Analyst Relations team, playing a lead role in the planning, execution, management and measurement of our global AR programs.
Working within our friendly, united team, you will develop and build on our relationships with Amdocs’ established and growing network of global and specialist analyst firms, helping to grow awareness and advocacy for Amdocs’ leading software and services offerings in the communications and media industries and expanding into vertical target markets.

We are seeking a bright, dynamic achiever who enjoys working both autonomously and in close partnership with AR colleagues and many other stakeholders and executives across the business.
This diverse role involves an interesting blend of strategic and tactical activities, driving AR initiatives to raise awareness and optimize the positioning of Amdocs within the analyst influencer community, as well as bringing the value of analyst insights into the business.
- Manage all elements of proactive AR programs, moving through the relationship cycle from Analyst Discovery and Evaluation, Engagement, Development, & Advocacy Building
- Key report inclusion and RFI submissions – evaluating new coverage opportunities as well as managing Amdocs’ participation in market and competitive landscape reports
- Support all aspects of analyst engagement at industry events as well as Amdocs’ hosted analyst days, summits and roadshows
- Co-ordinate the right cadence of ongoing dialogue with key core analysts through regular touch points such as briefings and inquiry calls
- Bring analyst feedback, insights, viewpoints and advice to our internal business partners to support strategy and validate thinking
- Provide guidance to internal customers on paid-for analyst engagements such as custom research projects, strategy days, speaking engagements, webinars, etc
- Deliver effective, timely internal and external communications focused on audience value

ALL YOU NEED IS…
- You have 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst Relations Manager, Industry Analyst, or a record of demonstrable relationship management skills in a B2B technology environment.
- Knowledge of the telecoms IT space and analyst community would be an advantage.
- You are a strong team contributor and collaborator, able to effectively operate in a multi-national and cross functional environment.
- You can work independently and are self-motivated and flexible, adapting to changing priorities whilst staying focused on core goals.
- You love to take the initiative, using your energy, enthusiasm and creativity to navigate complexity and find new ways to bring the value of Analyst Relations to the business.
- You are a strategic thinker with tactical execution skills; a flexible multi-tasker balancing long term relationship management with shorter term program deliverables.
- You have a grasp of new technologies and approaches and their business impact.
- You have experience in major analyst RFI and report submission processes.
- You have the communication skills to broker successful working relationships with internal clients and external influencers, engendering goodwill and trust.
- You enjoy detail-oriented work whilst able to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
- You are looking for a part-time role that is absorbing and fulfilling whilst being able to manage your time effectively.
- You must be a fluent English speaker and writer.
