Description:
We are looking to hire an Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Intern to join our growth team here at MANUAL. As the Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Intern at MANUAL, you will support our Marketing manager on the development and growth of our influencer channel. You will play a pivotal role in prospecting new talent, heading up conversation and bringing fresh ideas to the content delivery. This position requires an ambitious, communicative and creative individual with a passion for social media channels, trends and has attention to details and agility to work in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: influencer research on potential talent we can partner with across categories, aiming to build authentic and meaningful partnerships across the board.
- Reaching out: communicating in a professional manner to talent, agents and agencies and supporting negotiations for the best outcome for both parties, ensuring we maintain a positive MANUAL reputation.
- Content ideation: when prospecting and reaching out, generate thoughtful concepts that resonate with our campaigns and each individual influencer, differentiating us from competitors.
- Trend Monitoring: stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media innovations, leveraging insights to inform content ideation, execution and overall channel tracking.
- Reporting and Analytics: track the performance of our partner content through social monitoring, Looker and Mixpanel dashboards. Reporting back to the team on best-performers, learnings, and how we can double down on these.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, including growth, creative, and brand, to ensure content alignment and coherence across all touchpoints.
- 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing/management, or social media marketing space
- Strong creative vision and the ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills cross team
