Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will be responsible for working with an agency-side team in developing an end-to-end program, including strategy, creation, and execution. This will include defining clear objectives for influencer activations, content, budget recommendations, and establishing measurable KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and measure influencer program strategies that are in line with the overall communications and brand goals
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values
- Establish and nurture strong influencer relationships, from onboarding to renewal, including handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback
- Work with influencer and agency-side team to build content for target audience
- Provide regular reports on program performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to ensure content is appropriately activated
- Manage agency-side relationship in support of program, including staying on budget
