Description:
AT A GLANCE
- This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London Victoria office. The John Lewis Social team aims for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
- We are looking for candidates whose salary expectations are in the range of £42,7000-£56,000
- This is a temporary fixed term position until January 2025.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer activity including influencer identification, selection, negotiation, brief writing and delivery, campaign optimisation and reporting, would be advantageous within the retail space.
- Experience of social channels, formats and audience targeting. Paid media strategy around influencer activity,
- Experience of insight analysis, including using a variety of tools for social listening
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership and prioritisation of workload
- Experiencing managing finance, budgeting and forecasting.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Social enthusiast with demonstrable experience in campaigns
- Creative thinking delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing data
- Social monitoring and crisis management
- Experience of understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values
- Solid Social experience working on high profile multi-channel consumer brand, including community management experience
