YOUR PURPOSE & IMPACT:

As an Influencer Marketing Intern you will scout and reach out to influencers & creators on Estrid’s behalf. As a key member of our growing Influencer Marketing team, you are someone who lives on Instagram, Tiktok & Youtube and love brand partnerships that provide value and inspire. This role requires someone with a love for Social Media, a passion for Marketing, plus a commercial and analytical mindset. This is a paid internship.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL DO:

• Find new influencers/creators that could collaborate with Estrid.
• Analyze influencers’ demographics, engagement and content to identify impactful partners.
• Ideate how specific partners could tailor Estrid’s messaging to resonate with their audience.
• Reach out to influencers to gather their statistics, and work with the wider team to launch campaigns

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES IMPORTANT FOR THIS ROLE:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset energized by seeing initiatives translate to business results.
• In-tune with social trends, even before they hit; ability to respond ASAP to trends to capitalize on those opportunities.
• Solid interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with our influencer community.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Personal interest in sustainability, diversity, and inclusivity
