QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of business operational specially in sales order management
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions with operational working knowledge of Infor M3 preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of data types preferred (e.g., structured, unstructured, graph, etc.)
• Willing to travel 25-50%
• Ability to work remotely and commute to the manager and project team as required
• Strong business and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
• Enthusiasm to learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job and self-directed training
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Candidate must be currently located in the US or Canada and have a valid work permit to work in the US or Canada.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Associate Consultant is an individual contributor within a team reporting directly to senior management and under direct supervision with assigned Senior Consultant. This role requires the knowledge to establish, execute, and monitor an implementation plan within Infor M3 suite/technology under the direct guidance and supervision of the Senior Business Consultant and/or Project Manager. The Associate Consultant must be able to work effectively with business teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal IT groups, to operate and deploy system configurations that support client needs and the business processes.
• Selected candidates must complete a pre-determined training program including but not limited to in-person Infor M3 configuration training, homework assignments, and shadowing/completing tasks under the direction of a Senior Consultant
• The Associate Consultant must pass all required assessments and assignments.
• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in learned skills while being supervised onsite.
• Will ultimately focus on / configure one or more Infor M3 modules.
