ANALYSE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND DATA STRUCTURES TO DEVELOP COMPREHENSIVE DATA MIGRATION STRATEGIES

• Collaboratively work with Source and Target SMEs/Functional consultants in the performance of data mapping activities
• Design and build custom IDMC data migration processes and workflows to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into Salesforce
• Develop robust data validation and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure data integrity during migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and Salesforce SMEs, to align migration efforts with organisational goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues that arise during the migration process
• Provide comprehensive documentation and training to support the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of data migration processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IDMC and Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve migration solutions
• Develop business-driven solutions using Informatica and PL/SQL Collaborate with various business and technical teams to identify and resolve requirements
• Define and document complex technical design/requirements
• Performs analysis, configuration, programming, and write technical specifications.
• Assist in efforts on establishing corporate guidelines, standards, and best practices.
