The City of Sydney is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to work in a newly created role within the Service Optimisation Teamresponsible for designing, implementing and monitoring new ways of working across the functions of Planning Assessments, Health and Building, and Construction and Building Services to improve efficiency and effectiveness and business outcomes.
Supporting the Service Optimisation Manager, your role is to oversee and manage the data lifecycle including data governance, data architecture, data quality, accessibility and use, data analytics and data strategy for the Planning Development and Transport Division. As an informatics leader your purpose will be to harness the digital technology to transform data and information into knowledge for the Division to use every day and be stewards of the data.
You will be accountable for Data Strategy and Governance, Performance Analytics and Data Visualisation and Data driven culture and Innovation. Key internal customers (data users) are - Planning Assessment, Health and Building and Building and Construction. Key partnerships to be developed with Technology and Digital Services, Data and Information Management Services, Data Stewards and Customer Service teams.
