Description:

Information Governance provides a legal framework for managing and handling personal confidential data. As a healthcare organisation we hold information about the staff we employ and the patients who use our community services.
We are looking for a conscientious and organised person to support the team in managing access to clinical and corporate systems, handling, and responding to requests for information; and to undertake general administrative duties within an information and digital environment.
You will be provided with appropriate in-house and external training for this role.

To support the information governance team to deliver a variety of functions aligned to the roles and responsibilities within the structure;
To ensure that governance information is handled in accordance with local and national policies and, procedures;
Investigate and respond to routine enquiries from staff, members of the public and, other stakeholders;
Assist in the maintenance of software and databases, webpages and information reports;
Assist in the analysis and interpretation of datasets and reporting, that can be disseminated to operational and corporate teams.
