About the Role
This is a key role within the UK Information Law team, developing and maintaining online practical guidance, insight and materials for data protection and information lawyers operating in law firms and in-house.
You will be joining a high-functioning team, producing an established market-leading product that covers a range of practical guidance know-how including data protection, e-Privacy, reputation management, confidential information, freedom of information, information management and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • create, develop, and maintain a market-leading content set for the Information Law guidance module— devising and writing practice notes, precedents, checklists, flowcharts and other materials
  • work closely with LexisPSL Hub to produce a market-leading current awareness offering, providing news and analysis of the highest quality
  • engage proactively with customers and contacts in the market to understand what they need from us and keep up-to-date with developments in practice
  • assist with customer questions via customer feedback or the LexisAsk service and develop Q&A materials
  • work proactively with other LexisPSL practice areas and the wider business

Requirements

  • excellent knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity and information law
  • experience of working in a leading private practice law firm or a FTSE company law
  • ability to communicate complex legal concepts and their practical application concisely, clearly and in LexisPSL tone and house style
  • excellent research, organisation and planning skills, and a strong drive and ability to meet challenging objectives and deliverables
