Responsibilities:
As part of the Information Management Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the confidentiality of corporate information and delivering high-quality services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include processing mail, registering emails into our systems, assisting with record archiving, and ensuring accurate file creation for council staff.
You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative practices and procedures, ultimately supporting our organisation in achieving operational excellence.
