  • Collaborate closely with your team to align the training program with other information management activities.
  • Manage the training program’s administrative arrangements via the Learning Management System (LMS), Workday.

Your background

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training programs both in-person and online (including e-learning).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to educate RBA employees on better ways of working and their compliance obligations.
  • Experience working with information management tools and repositories (e.g. TRIM or Content Manager, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
  • Experience in interpreting and applying the Australian Government’s records management and/or information protection compliance obligations.
  • Preference given to candidates with relevant qualifications in training, or records and information management (or equivalent industry experience).

Your team
Within the Information (IN) department, you will be working closely with the Lead Information Analyst (Training) and reporting to the Manager, Information Governance. You will be part of a highly collaborative and innovative team that is responsible for providing information management training, advice, and solutions to meet external compliance obligations and the internal needs of the agency.
