We are currently looking for an Information Security Analyst to support our Identity Access Management (IAM) team.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Information Security Analyst should have strong technical and analytical skills to assist with design, configuration, deployments, and operations of access management solutions. This individual contributor position is expected to have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment to deliver complex SSO/MFA authentication solutions in areas of Access Management, Identity Management, and Identity Governance. Expectations also include deep debugging and triaging skills to resolve issues and mitigate business risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop and maintain the Enterprise Identity and access management Okta Technology solution and infrastructure
- Collaborates in the design and implementation of the IAM technologies best practices using modern access management solutions
- Partners with business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities and services across various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management
- Facilitates translation of business and operational needs to improve existing capabilities and define new IAM transformational capabilities.
- Evaluates and tests IAM products and platforms, makes recommendations, develops plans, and implementation.
- Continually seeks ways to automate redundant functions and improve velocity of integrations delivery.
- Keeps management well informed on a timely basis of progress, status, and concerns for each assignment
- Effectively communicates ideas and information to peers, management, and customers
- Proactively identifies risks and issues and develops recommendations to address
- Conduct and participate in Scrum meeting and deliver enhancements using Agile methodology.
- Provide business with updates on integrations, record and communicate any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines
- Display a high level of critical thinking, process analysis, and problem resolution through integration process
- Monitor internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Work in sync with the leadership team to contribute towards product vision and roadmap
- Be a champion for good user experience and assist to define user stories that ensure superior customer experience when using a feature or product
- Work collaboratively across all capabilities including support, engineering, professional services, architecture and others and drive communication of releases including new features and defects to stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Critical Skills:
- Hands on experience developing/configuring access management solution using Okta or other IAM products (E.G; SailPoint, PingFederate, Auth0, etc.) strongly preferred
- Experience developing solutions using modern development language (Java-preferred, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Go etc.)
- Experience with debugging and triaging IAM systems
- Working knowledge with cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with security compliance, governance, audit, and risk management.
- Deep technical experience in development, configuration, and testing of access management solutions
- Working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions
