JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years prior experience in a software development or information technology company
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional areas
- Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
- Knowledge of information security management systems
- Knowledge of vulnerability detection, penetration testing, computer virus threats, phishing prevention
- Familiarity with the security standards: ISO, NIST, HIPAA
Responsibilities:
(Roles and Responsibilities)
- Take ownership for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure that the ISMS is effectively implemented
- Build out the Information Security and IT infrastructure
- Oversee daily IT operations, evaluate and drive new processes
- Interface with Product Engineering and IT Operations to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals.
- Ensure that all incidents are handled in a timely manner
- Ensure that all information security policies and procedures are kept up to date and is applicable to the organisation
- Ensure that the organisation is aware of the Information Security Policies and Procedures implemented
- Provide training/briefing for new employees on the organisation’s ISMS and the associated policies and procedures
- Participate in the internal and external audits of compliance to the security standards
- Draft and edit information security related documents
- Monitor national and global reports of information security threats, classify them and timely address the relevant issue

- To suggest improvements and recommendations in the following functions
- DevOps
- Information Security
- Personnel training
- To review and approve records related to the above functions or be designated to approve if require
