Role: Information Security & Governance Assistant
Location: Leeds (LS15) or Leicester (LE67)/Perivale (UB6) (with hybrid working after completion of training and travel to other sites)
Salary: £24-£26k DOE plus extensive benefits

Working hours: 40 hours pw, Monday to Friday

In this role you will be supporting the team with day-to-day management of data rights requests, investigations, risk assessments and reviews to ensure we are operating within governance and security frameworks.

Investigations and documentation of incidents in connection with the processing of personal data
Risk assessments data protection impact assessments and other data protection activities
Review and audit information and governance and security
Maintaining records and registers
Design and running of internal phishing tests and security awareness campaigns
Delivery of staff training
Working with key teams across the business (customer care, purchasing, operations, people team and pharmacists)
Ensuring that the workplace remains fun and friendly
