The Manager Information Security Engineering and Operations Center (SOC) will plan, direct and control the Engineering and SOC functions and operations. Lead and manage a team of Information Security Engineers and Analysts responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining security controls and technologies. Ensure the monitoring and analysis of incidents to protect People, Technology and Process addressing all security incidents and ensuring timely escalation. Direct the Cyber Intelligence capability to identify potential threats delivering strategic reports and strategies to minimize the impact of the threat.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of IT experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management of information systems, engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined required.
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management (ex. Tenable), Experience with SIEM Technologies (ex. Elastic) required.
  • Experience with Next Generation Firewalls (ex. Palo Alto) required.
  • Experience with ITSM & Security Incident Response Tools (ex. ServiceNow) required.
  • Lead the Incident Response for the Enterprise required.
  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written required.
  • CISSP or CISM certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare information systems preferred.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems or related field preferred.
  • Demonstration of leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring and delegating preferred.
  • Budget preparation Team building and conflict resolution preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership to diverse groups and teams preferred.
  • Project management skills including implementation of information systems preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams in complex technology solutions preferred.
