REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Information Systems / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, access control, and threat mitigation techniques.
  • Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices for IT service management.
  • Hands-on experience with system administration, network administration, and technical support in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain and administer the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Network Configuration and Monitoring: Configure and monitor network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to optimize performance, detect anomalies, and prevent security breaches.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using digital solutions.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization, including training programs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance: Implement security measures and compliance standards to safeguard digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance in all digital initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to align digital transformation initiatives with goals.
