REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Information Systems / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, access control, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices for IT service management.
- Hands-on experience with system administration, network administration, and technical support in a corporate environment.

- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and administer the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using digital solutions.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization, including training programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance: Implement security measures and compliance standards to safeguard digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance in all digital initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to align digital transformation initiatives with goals.
