Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for a Infra Architect to join their project in Munich, Germany .

QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Analyze business requirements in terms of a portfolio of IT systems.
• 
  Produce solution design documentation, including effort and cost estimates
• 
  Liaise and interact across all layers of business from development to business owners
• 
  Experience in architecting, implementing and supporting distributed systems that include database and networking technologies and understanding the associated business implications.
• 
  Partners with Infrastructure team in creation of new technical solutions based on technical knowledge and insight regarding industry trends
• 
  Experience producing and contributing to high level design documents to match customer requirements.
• 
  Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
• 
  Operating and interacting in a client facing position.
• 
  A strong sense of customer service and the ability to both work and lead in a matrix team environment is crucial.
• 
  Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Strong presentation and communication skills
• 
  Able to assess how enterprise strategy can impact existing technology architecture.
• 
  Able to research and understand industry trends and how they can satisfy the strategy and when they will be mature.
• 
  Experience on DC migration & consolidation projects
• 
  Expertise is hosting technologies –Server, Storage, Database
• 
  Documentation – HLD, LLD
• 
  Requirement capturing/ideation with Business stakeholders , Application team, Infra team , Vendors , CTO
• 
  Solution - Design of overall system and solution architecture, system integration, Build Specification( HW/SW)
• 
  Solution assessment – technical & commercial
• 
  Generate conceptual/logical architectures, dependency and risk assessments
• 
  Estimations, BOM, Opex, Capex
• 
  Lead the analysis of new/existing infrastructure architectures and ensures engineering platforms meet reliability expectations
• 
  Implementation Strategy – Detailed project plan
• 
  Research on New and Innovative technology solutions that support the Enterprise Strategies and bring value to the Enterprise
• 
  Manage technology architecture projects: supplier and equipment selection
• 
  Support project leaders (through technology architecture requests) mapping solutions on supported & deployed technology architecture services
• 
  Proactive and recurrent measurement and allocation of the capacity of deployed infrastructure architecture to respond to business plans.
• 
  Able to assess how enterprise strategy can impact existing technology architecture.
• 
  Able to research and understand industry trends and how they can satisfy the strategy and when they will be mature.
