KNOWLEDGE:
- At least 3 years of experience working with on Service Management processes that meet the business needs and are aligned to ITIL best practice
- At least 3-4 years working in AMS/Projects related to ITSM, Active Directory, Azure AD, Antivirus, CM infrastructure, Power Shell, additionally AWS
- A must VMWare
- Hands-on approach, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Specialist in IT Operations.
- Manage the AMS and project delivery in his area mainly for the Microsoft environment.
- Act as the go-to person for all major service incidents, ensure service restoration and impact communication is the priority, manage actions Testing documentation and execution / Training material and training execution/deployment
- Take part in AMS/Projects related to Active Directory – Azure AD – Antivirus – CM infrastructure.
ROLE WITHIN COE:
- Operative member, collaborating with NOC & Help Desk on daily issues and activities.
