Responsibilities:

Your repsonsibilities in this role would evaluating counterparties, creating financial models, analysing legal aspects, and structuring and price instruments. You would continuously monitor infrastructure debt investments and communicate views and recommendations to key stakeholders. You would rate risks quantitatively and qualitatively and analyse potential investment opportunities. You would develop funding solutions for various sectors, market and implement client solutions, and present proposals to relevant committees. Finally, you would review and negotiate legal documentation for approved investments, enhance credit risk management processes, and handle administrative tasks related to credit processing.
