Our client, a leading consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join their dynamic team. As a trusted advisor to their clients, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing CRM strategies that drive growth and maximize efficiency!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including implementation and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Design and configure CRM systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within existing CRM systems.
