REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including implementation and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, processes, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Design and configure CRM systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
