Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise technical skills and experience to resolve new or unforeseen problems.
  • Support the infra team on Incident, problem management and change management of Networking related activities.
  • Travel to other company sites to assist in problem resolution as required and deployment of new hardware installations or upgrades.
  • Deployment of updates and fixes to network equipment to mitigate security vulnerabilities, in order to maintain cyber security compliance
  • Hardening activities to ensure networking equipment complies with Cyber security policies and in line with cyber essentials + certification
  • As a secondary responsibility there are opportunities to assist infrastructure team in non-network equipment related activities, such as DHCP, DNS, Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, monitoring, asset management, server admin, Mitel telephony, firewall administration and many more
  • Work with other colleagues, group company services and third-party providers to ensure business Services are delivered in a timely and reliable manner
