• Ability to follow a risk based approach when performing administration for any systems, identifying risk areas and recommending compensating controls
• Ability to strictly follow Change Management processes at all times
• Strong incident and problem management skills
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Strong time management and planning skills, able to lead projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
• Technical criteria – 7+ years experienced administration level required:
• Dell & HP server and workstation hardware
• Dell & HP SAN hardware
• Datacentre Management (Power, HVAC, FS)
• VMWare VSphere and ESXi experience over multiple versions
• Citrix App Virtulaisaiton
• In depth Server OS 2008-2022 support and troubleshooting
• Endpoint OS management and in depth troubleshooting
• Backup management backups/restores
• In depth understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO Management
• External DNS and Domain manaagement
• O365/Hybrid Management
• Undertanding of Cisco and Meraki Networking
• Hotel Property Management Systems Support (Opera)
• SQL Administratio
