DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remote deployment of CluedIn following processes, system requirements, and customer specific needs.
• Assist customers on deployment requirements and Azure integrations.
• Work directly with the implementation team to assist with any questions regarding the deployment and customer infrastructure.
• Responding to customer requests for application infrastructure support.
• Impact the product roadmap by identifying key customer issues in the relevant area.
• Build up an internal and external knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.

Other than the above, here are a few other requirements for the role:

• Experience working with Azure services in particular in a IaaS or PaaS context, Azure service /vendor certifications a plus.
• Experience with configuring and using PaaS services, in particular Kubernetes
• Experience configuring and using IaaS services (like VM, networking, storage).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with other query languages (GQL preferred).
• Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancer, DNS, etc.
• Experience working with modern search databases (Elastic) and graph data bases (Neo4j) a plus.
