We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager who will provide comprehensive technical expertise to maintain and expand our digital infrastructure whilst leading a team of technical specialists/engineers.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a range of complex infrastructure technology environments and ensure that critical digital systems support the best possible standards of patient care.
The post will be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards-on-Sea or Eastbourne DGH, with the requirement to work cross-site and with opportunities for some remote working.
As the technical lead for infrastructure services, the post holder will ensure that operational service levels are met with an emphasis on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of those services to meet digital service key performance indicators and policies.
They will act as the technical lead for infrastructure components on projects and the implementation of complex infrastructure environments.
Working with all areas of ESHT Digital, the post holder will be expected to provide vision and innovation, reviewing new and emerging technologies and providing recommendations for the introduction of new products and services.
Out of hours support is provided by the department and active participation in this is a requirement of the post.
