Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business or relevant disciplines
- 10-15 years of business operational experience in environmental/infrastructure companies
- Able to manage senior stakeholders and C-suite personnel
- People managerial experience is a must
- Based in Adelaide
Responsibilities:
- Leading the company’s operational performance and oversee project delivery in operational centre
- Providing leadership and mentorship to senior staff in the Australia regional offices
- Overseeing and managing project and operational financial performance
- Working with the CFO on financial performance and Workforce Capability Lead to build the capability of the team
- Working with the General Counsel to ensure appropriate risk management practices are implemented
- Working with the Clients and Growth Lead to ensure appropriate business development is occurring across the Operational Centre
- Collaborating with Operations Managers in Queensland and New South Wales to strengthen project delivery, enable strategic growth and contribute to national collaboration
- Identifying, planning and overseeing operational business improvement in conjunction with the CEO and other senior staff
