Description:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and control technical manufacturing projects (buildings & equipment) for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;
- Find technical solutions to health, safety and environment risks linked to infrastructures and equipment;
- Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;
- Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;
- Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively;
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;
- Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;
- Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
