Are you passionate about maintaining and optimising server and storage systems in a dynamic environment? Join our team in Port Pirie as an Infrastructure Server Technician and play a pivotal role in supporting our IT infrastructure and services.
As an Infrastructure Server Technician, you will provide essential support for our server and storage systems and services.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise personal safety and the safety of others by actively identifying, reporting, and controlling safety and environmental hazards.
- Execute the HSE management plan to ensure a safe and healthy working environment with minimal impact on the environment.
- Support the delivery of IT server and storage infrastructure as a subject matter expert (SME) and project coordinator.
- Implement and maintain server and storage services, components, and associated infrastructure.
- Act as an interface between the organisation and suppliers/vendors regarding technical issues.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and services to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business needs
