I am recruiting a great opportunity within the hustle and bustle of Melbourne CBD.
Your new council
Our Council located in the Melbourne CBD are seeking a Lead Infringement Review Officer to join their team within their infringement team/parking services.
They are after candidates who are passionate in shaping the future of their city and the people who are part of it, as well as encourage their employees to grow and develop to their best potential. This role is a 6 month contract with the scope of being longer term. From training in the first few weeks within the office, the role is adaptable to hybrid (3 days a week within the office) afterwards.
Your new role

You will be an experienced Infringement Review Officer Lead and your duties on a daily basis will include:

  • Leading a team of 4
  • Reporting and analysing infringements that are processed within the Parking/Amenity and Safety department
  • Providing legislation and technical expertise to assist with complex reviews
  • Daily catch-ups and guidance for the team, providing a high level of support
  • Contributing to team management meetings
  • Ensuring the team is providing the best quality of customer service and communication when dealing with our customers.

    What you’ll need to succeed You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as;

  • Experience working within local government - Parking or Local laws is deemed desirable

  • Infringement review experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Open to applicants who may not have team leader experience
