Job Description
El ingeniero de Costos será responsable de generar y mantener el presupuesto de control del proyecto (o proyectos en una cartera).

Ello incluye las siguientes actividades:

• Establecer el presupuesto de control a partir de la estimación detallada, en la herramienta de preferencia del mandante
• Realizar “allocations” para alinear alcances presupuestados con compras y contratos reales
• Cargar los compromisos en moneda base, aislando efecto Forex
• Cargar el costo actual, incoporando los accruals que completan el costo incurrido
• Mantener el programa de tendencias, realizando estimaciones y actualizando el log
• Actualizar el current Budget y Current Forecast en función del status de las tenencias
• Completar periódicamente el forecast del proyecto a partir del actual y las proyecciones to-go
• Realizar proyecciones de flujo de caja y reconciliaciones
• Mantener staffing plan de dotación indirecta de proyecto y dueño
• Revisar Estados de Pago de contratistas y proveedores
• Contribuir en la validación del avance físico mediante la aplicación de reglas de crédito
• Desplegar la metodología de valor ganado (EVM), con énfasis en análisis del desviaciones de costo (to date y at completion)
• Apoyar a los administradores de contrato en la revisión de cotizaciones de contratistas, solicitudes de cambio y/o reclamos de contratistas
• Brindar apoyo en el proceso de evaluación comercial de licitaciones
• Proporcionar V°B° en el ruteo de aprobación de compras, contratos, estados de pago, tendencias y otros
• Llevar registros para ejecutar cobros revertidos (backcharges)
• Preparar el reporte mensual de costos
• Realizar análisis de consumo de contingencia
• Otras típicas de la especialidad

Qualifications
-

Ingeniero de cualquier especialidad o constructor civil

• Usuario avanzado de Excel
• Usuario de Power Bi
• Usuario de software de gestión de costos (por ejemplo PRISM)
