EXPLEO CANADA est à la recherche d’un Ingénieur banc d’essai moteur pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et en pleine expansion à Valcourt, QC., Canada.
En tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe de développement de produits, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la conception, le développement et l’exploitation de bancs d’essai pour moteurs, dynamomètres de châssis et batteries. Sous la responsabilité du chef du service des équipements d’essai, vous collaborerez avec des experts en systèmes de contrôle et en instrumentation afin de créer des solutions de pointe pour les essais automobiles. Votre travail contribuera à faire progresser nos capacités d’essai et à garantir la sécurité et l’efficacité de nos produits.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
• Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
• Expérience préalable dans un centre d’essai de moteurs ou pour un fournisseur de bancs d’essai (AVL, FEV, AND, Horiba).
• La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est essentielle.
• La maîtrise de Morphee, Test Manager et INCA est requise.

  EXPLEO CANADA is looking for a Engine Test Bench Engineer to join a dynamic and expanding team in Valcourt, QC., Canada.
  As a vital member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and operation of engine, chassis dynamometer, and battery test benches. Reporting to the Test Equipment Department Manager, you will collaborate with experts in control systems and instrumentation to create cutting-edge solutions for automotive testing. Your work will contribute to advancing our testing capabilities and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Previous experience in an engine test center or for a dyno supplier (AVL, FEV, AND, Horiba).
• Bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is essential.
• Proficiency in Morphee, Test Manager, and INCA is required.

• Possess an in-depth understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and proficient programming skills for controllers.

• Display manual and motor dexterity for assemblies and instrumentation installation.
• This role requires an on-site presence of 80-100%.
