Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in the building facilities which includes, maintenance, service, and cleanliness of the building facilities
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance
- Respond to any emergency calmly with speed and accuracy
- Perform rounds of the buildings and perimeters
- Carry out the instructions of Supervisor/ Manager
- Maintain effective control of loading / unloading bays & building car park
- Notify the Supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and upkeep of the factory building and machinery/equipment.
- Always maintain a proper turnout while on duty
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
