JOB SUMMARY:

As an Inhouse Project Designer at Golden View Renovation, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of residential design projects. Working directly with project managers and clients, you will utilize your strong communication skills and design expertise to bring projects to life. From drafting and rendering to coordinating with team members, you will ensure the successful execution of exciting projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential design projects.
• Diploma or B.A. in design of residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit) for drafting and design.
• Ability to accurately measure residential houses for design purposes.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and spreadsheets for project management and collaboration.
• Experience in calculating materials such as tile, slabs, and kitchen cabinets for project estimates.
• Possession of a car and ability to travel within the Bay Area.
• Residency in the Bay Area and availability to work onsite as needed.

• Manage team skills, including drafters, rendering specialists, and assistants.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills through email, WhatsApp chats, and other channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Design residential projects of varying scales, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to client preferences and project goals.
