Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for leading and delivering high quality advice and services to Victorian Chamber members, customers and clients. The position will perform high level commercial consulting services that support outcomes in the areas of injury management, workcover claims and wellbeing. As part of the broader Workplace Relations team, there is also the opportunity to explore and move into other areas of interest including mediations, culture reviews and other workplace interventions.
This role requires an expert understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, as well as a commercial mindset and a desire to improve outcomes around safety and workplace wellbeing.
