• Interact with relevant stakeholders to drive strategies and ensure early engagement in treatment, claims management, return to work, redeployment and claim closure with our TPA
• Engage with operational teams to provide training and mentoring in managing return to work and relevant legislative compliance
• Provide support to operational teams in resolving injury management issues and in developing strategies for improvement and intervention
• Focus on the management of a RTW portfolio to ensure they continue to meet legislative and self-insurance obligations and coordination of audits on return to work filesMaintain regular engagement and develop strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders including; Third Party Administrator, FPES, Rehabilitation Providers, Treating Health Professionals, etc.
